Full-time MBA at ESMT Berlin

The ESMT Berlin full-time MBA is an intensive 15-month general management MBA with a focus on personal leadership development and innovation. The highly international and transformational program provides you with the skills to manage and grow your business in an ever-changing, fast-paced world.

It is a personalized program that gives you many options to tailor the program to your needs. Some of the exciting options are:

• During summer term: Industrial and Social Innovation Challenge; an internship; an intensive German language summer school

Full-time MBA

The full-time MBA is delivered over a period of 15-months face-to-face on ESMT Berlin’s campus next to Alexanderplatz. Your journey begins in January and finishes in March of the following year.

The curriculum structure and cadence are designed to focus on the intersection of theory and practice, and ensure that you graduate with the tools needed to address current and future challenges.

The ESMT MBA is divided into five modules. Each module builds on the previous courses and will challenge you to think strategically, initiate creative solutions, and work in dynamic, international teams:

Full-time MBA

ESMT’s full-time MBA program is designed to develop you as a future leader for the next step of your career.

Throughout the MBA program, you work individually with coaches, mentors, and advisors who can give you professional feedback and advice on how to achieve your goals and transition into your next career opportunity. A series of career development workshops and personal coaching are integrated into the MBA course schedule, along with company visits throughout Germany and on-campus recruiting events. ESMT’s Career Development Center plays an active role in supporting, advising, and guiding students as they consider their futures after their MBA. Full-time MBA

The full-time MBA admissions criteria are:

• At least three years of consecutive postgraduate, professional experience
• An undergraduate, or first university, degree (bachelor)
• Strong GMAT or GRE scores
• English proficiency test scores
